All patients will receive an initial consultation appointment including:

- General Health Check

- Muscle Measurements & Gait Assessment

- Pre- & Post-Treatment Shower

- Introductory Hydrotherapy Session

Insurance

The majority of insurance companies will recognise, and pay out, for Hydrotherapy claims for orthopaedic or neurological conditions.


Please check your policy wording for "complementary treatments" to establish what your insurance will, and how much, they will cover.


We will not take payments directly from your insurance company, all appointments will be expected to be paid for on site, and you will be required to claim back from them.


We can provide assistance in completing claims.

Our Team

Bethan is our lead Hydrotherapist at C.A.R.E. She has over 7 years of hands on experience in the Hydrotherapy Rehabilitation industry.


Bethan started working with animals at the age of 14, and went on to complete a BSc Biological Sciences: Animal Biology prior to undertaking her Level 3 Diploma in Small Animal Hydrotherapy.


Bethan is comfortable and confident in handling patients with behavioural issues, and prides herself on adapting the treatment experience to get the best for every individual animal.


Bethan competes in IGP sport with her German Shepherd Kahlan across the UK and nationally. They were the UK National Champions and travelled to Hungary as part of Team GB to participate in the World Championships in 2023.
